Awesome hancarved yerba mate gourd, ready to use. Base is made of calabash and peteribí (cordia trichotoma) wood. Peteribí tree grows in south america. You can also add your name or a very small phrase in the base (see pics). You can write your desired name or phrase in checkout notes. Please, allow extra time to ship your customized gourd (normally a week)

BOMBILLAS LENGTH : 7″ (inches) – 18 (cm)

Each mate gourd / cup should be filled with Yerba a little over 2/3 of its capacity. Remember to leave a slight slope and insert the bombilla at the bottom of the slope. Once the bombilla is in place, you are ready to carefully pour the water (remember not to let your water boil) for each serving. The measure showing above in bold is based on this suggestion.
