Every customer receives a shipping email notification once the parcel leaves our warehouses either in California US or Argentina. All orders ORIGINATE in Argentina therefore all orders are basically INTERNATIONAL orders. There is no such thing as a DOMESTIC order. This is very important when you consider our shipping rates. We may have the product you ordered already in our US warehouse or not. In the meantime the order will show as being processed up to the time of shipment. The date of shipment can vary depending on availability of the product on the date you place your order. If you need your order very quickly, you should email us first to check on the availabilty of the product. You may want to insure your order; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected parcels.

Standard: (USPS postal service) - This is the least expensive way to have your order shipped. For US customers it usually takes anywhere from 4 to 6 days FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT through the USPS service. The Rest of the World normally takes from 7 to 20 days FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT.

Priority: (ONLY AVAILABLE FOR THE US) - Usually takes from 2 - 3 days FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT. When you select Priority Shipping you get faster shipping through the Postal Service and priority processing from us compared to Standard Shipping.
You will also get a tracking number that will let you know when the parcel leaves our warehouse and when
it is delivered to your shipping address.
FREE SHIPPING (USA customers only) if you spend $60 or more in product.

Private Courier from Argentina - For US customers usually takes 2 - 4 business days FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT to arrive at the destination. Rest of the world can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days. Since all of our product originates in Argentina, choosing this service will be the FASTEST WAY since the items will be more readily available to ship and your order will receive TOP PRIORITY as far as processing concerns.

Remember the gourds and bombillas - straws are handcrafted by artisans one by one and each are very unique.
They are not mass produced. All items have to pass through several procedures (customs, packaging, etc) before they can be shipped to you and finally arrive at your destination.
Occasionally an extra delay may occur (if you place a very big order of tea for instance) due to our not stocking large quantities of tea in our U. S. warehouse in order to provide our customers with the FRESHEST TEA possible. Also Customs and the Department of Agriculture may cause a delay in shipping time.
We are VERY CONCERNED about the importance of delivery time to our
customers. Therefore we do our best EVERYDAY to reduce the time frames mentioned above. ---Many times we can make it---,
but we just can not guarantee this to you a hundred percent due to the MANY things involved in the whole shipping procedure from Argentina to your doorstep.
The time frame for shipping will vary depending on your local postal service as well.
Our shipping costs are based on weight :
Your final shipping charges and options will be automatically calculated during your ordering process. When you order a lot of loose tea it would be better to choose the Courier Service (DHL or UPS) as there is very little difference in the cost and you get a faster service. You will also get a tracking number which will enable you to track the parcel in transit.

Tip for INTERNATIONAL orders (non us) :
If you order 2 half kilo bags of yerba it will fall into the 2 kg. category because of the weight of the packaging.
It would be wiser to order 3 half kilo bags of yerba instead of 2 because the shipping cost will be the same.
